Terry Combs, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer has over 40 years of experience in the aviation industry. Mr. Combs founded IASAir in 1984 and provides executive oversight over all company areas. Prior to founding IAS (originally know as American Cargo Handling and Equipment), Mr. Combs established, owned and operated Combs Freightair, an all cargo airline, and Frontier Commuter Airlines, a commuter passenger airline. He founded Airline Parts Supply Company in 1983. He has successfully managed several aviation companies in a highly competitive and volatile aviation and airport environment. For 17 years, he operated numerous air taxi postal contracts in the United States and directed one of the first cargo airline companies to secure an airline certification after deregulation in 1977. Mr. Combs is a graduate of Yale University.

Tom Wheeling, President is responsible for directing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company, in conjunction with the CEO. Mr. Wheeling’s role is to further improve IASAir’s position in the marketplace, while continuing the company’s commitment to “Quality Service”. With over 25 years of aviation industry experience, Mr. Wheeling’s knowledge and business perspective serves to advance IASAir’s vision and growth. Mr. Wheeling previously served as IASAir’s Executive Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Michael LaBarbera, Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the accounting and financial operations of the company. He brings more than 19 years of financial experience, including Auditor, Controller, and CFO responsibilities. Mr. LaBarbera's background includes experience in Human Resources, as well as Sales, which helps to integrate activities in those areas of the company with the financial operations. Mr. LaBarbera is a CPA and graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with an MBA from the University of New Mexico.

Julio Feliciano, Vice-President of Operations has over 17 years of diverse experience in aviation operations, personnel management, strategic planning, cost control, and revenue enhancement. Mr. Feliciano overseas operational field management and is responsible for system compliance to corporate and industry standards. Mr. Feliciano's operational background and knowledge provides depth and leadership for IASAir in this highly competitive ground handling industry serving a continuously evolving market of airline carriers.

Scott Irons, Vice-President of Operations has more than 17 years of experience in the aviation service industry: aircraft ground handling and cargo warehouse operations, business development, customer service, finance and accounting, and field operations. Mr. Irons is responsible for business development and government business operations across the United States. Prior to joining IASAir, Mr. Irons was employed by AMR Services and Worldwide Flight Services, where he held senior level positions in Operations and Finance. Mr. Irons has both a BBA and an MBA from Baylor University.
