The IASAir team is trained to collect COD shipments, act as a liaison with all Federal Agencies, manage import and export documentation, is AMS qualified, provides Freight Arrival Notices, and delivery confirmations. In addition, our staff is skilled in handling dangerous goods and upholding FAA Security Regulations.

Warehouse Facilities

IASAir has strategic and economical locations throughout the United States. Our team of experienced professionals provides the full spectrum of warehousing needs for both domestic and international freight.

Cargo Build-up and Breakdown

Trained IASAir personnel perform specialized build and/or breakdown of loose, palletized or containerized freight for aircraft or truck. IAS cargo build-up and breakdown services also include CFS and bulk break services and loose or ULD cargo handling for passenger flights.

Trucking Services

With IASAir’s sister company, IAS Logistics, and other strategic network partners, IASAir can provide connectivity to offline locations from line flight operations for either LTL (less than a truck load) or EUV (exclusive use vehicle).

Cargo Acceptance

IASAir’s experienced cargo team administers all cargo acceptance procedures including: working within all TSA regulations, weighing and measuring all cargo, managing IATA dangerous good acceptance, handling of oversized cargo, verifying documentation accuracy, customs documentation, re-labeling, and re-packing.

Cargo Load Control, Weight and Balance

IASAir provides a full range of services for cargo load control. Our trained team is qualified to complete weight and balance calculations for most major cargo aircraft.
